What Causes Acne?

Not one factor causes acne. Acne occurs when the pores in the skin is blocked, and the main thing is to blame sebum, a type of oil in our skin which is triggered at the time of teenage life through increased levels of body hormones. This is also why women tend to break out near menstrual period. Sebum (oil) is naturally occurring, but is to lubricate and defend the epidermis in its production. With increased oil production, a change in the way in which then susceptible to block the epidermal cells of the follicular spaces or pores of the skin. The then locks blocked and progressively grows, creates a push. As the locks follicle grows, the wall can crack, so aggravating substances and normal epidermis virus access to the other levels of the epidermis, eventually generate swelling.

Inflammation in the vicinity of the outer side of the skin is a pustule, and further results in a swelling papule (pimples), further, it is then a cyst. If the oil breaks though to the outside, the result is a "whitehead." When the oil is building color or melanin is oxidized, the oil changes from white to black, and the result is a "blackhead". Pimples do not indicate poor cleanliness.

Here are some aspects that do not lead to acne:

Although some recent reports have suggested that one of the main factors of acne candy, these conclusions are far from established.

· Dirt: As mentioned above, "blackheads" are oil, dust is not oxidized. Sweat does not cause acne, it is not necessary to shower instantly after exercise for worry, that block the sweat pores of the skin. On the other hand, extreme washing to dry, and interfere with the epidermis.

· Stress: Some people get so irritated that they bring with them and they can by their acne scarring. Pressure, but do not carry much of a direct role in the development of acne.
