Acne can be a particular problem for young people. It can negatively affect the young people in society and reduce their self-esteem. With the right approach and knowledge of the causes and treatment of acne, teenagers can overcome this scourge of their adolescent years. 

What are the causes of acne?

Turn off the game console, computer and TV and get outside in the sunlight and some exercise. Sunlight might not dry out your spots, but there for at least 20 minutes during the day, your vitamin D, which your body makes from sunlight to increase.

    
Or playing sports outdoors will also make you feel better and reduce stress. Stress is known to worse to an existing acne outbreak, it is sensible to reduce your stress.
